Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners in a Majority Investment in Nexthink

Kirkland & Ellis represented Vista Equity Partners on a definitive agreement to acquire Nexthink, a category creator and leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management. The transaction values the company at approximately $3 Billion. Driven by the emergence of agentic IT for employees and businesses, this strategic investment is expected to redefine traditional approaches to IT management and enterprise productivity. The deal was announced October 27 and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
