- Vista Equity Partners in its acquisition of Nexthink, a provider of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management solutions, which values the company at approximately $3 billion.
- Honeywell in its $2.16 billion acquisition of Sundyne, a manufacturer of highly-engineered pumps and gas compressors used in process industries.
- GTCR-backed Mega Broadband Investments, a provider of broadband services, in connection with the amendment of the terms of Cable One's (NYSE: CABO) strategic investment in MBI.
- Cole-Parmer, a portfolio company of GTCR, in its acquisition of ZeptoMetrix Corporation.
- TerSera Therapeutics LLC, a GTCR portfolio company, in the purchase of XERMELO® from Lexicon Pharmaceuticals Inc.
- Sycamore Partners in its acquisition of Azamara Club Cruises.
