Kirkland Advises Finastra on Sale of U.S. Mid-Market Banking Business to CORA Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Finastra on the sale of its U.S. Mid-Market banking business, which includes core banking, digital banking and related businesses, to CORA Group, a portfolio of Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU). The solution brands include: Phoenix Core Banking System, MalauzAi Digital Banking, Analyzer IQ and Enterprise Content Management.
