Lilibeth Clelo-Garcha is a partner in the Executive Compensation Practice Group in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Lilibeth’s practice focuses on executive compensation, employment and benefits matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, restructurings and the day-to-day operations of a wide range of individual and corporate clients, including public companies, private equity funds, hedge funds and technology companies.
Lilibeth received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Articles Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.
