Kirkland & Ellis advised Blackstone on a definitive agreement for funds managed by Blackstone Energy Transition Partners to acquire DarkVision Technologies Inc., the leader in advanced ultrasound imaging technologies used for the inspection of critical industrial infrastructure, from Koch Engineered Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
