Who Defends Corporate America - 2002

The National Law Journal surveys the law departments of the nation's largest corporations each year to determine who represents corporate America.  Since 1995, Kirkland has consistently been rated in this survey as one of the top five law firms to which corporate America most frequently turns.

For this year's "Who Defends Corporate America" survey, The National Law Journal asked each company on the Fortune 250 list to identify the firms they used as primary outside counsel for litigation.  The results ranked Kirkland & Ellis as the second most frequently used law firm.
