Who's Getting The Big-Ticket Work?

In its annual survey, "Who's Getting The Big-Ticket Work," The American Lawyer identified creditor's and debtor's counsel in the 22 top bankruptcies of 2002.  On the debtor side, Kirkland & Ellis LLP tied for second place, representing Conseco, Inc., UAL Corporation and Exide Technologies in the second, fourth and twentieth largest bankruptcies of 2002, respectively.  On the creditor side, Kirkland was mentioned for our representation of The Williams Communications Group, Inc.
