The Firm: The IP and technology group wins praise from clients for a "general assurance of quality." Its practice is driven by onshore, nearshore, offshore and hybrid-sourcing services transactions. Its clientele includes both service providers and customers who retain the firm for advice on issues such as IT, business application and service provider outsourcing.

The Lawyers: Gregg Kirchhoefer is a "first port of call" for clients. In his "highly respected" practice, Kirchhoefer concentrates on the technology aspects of complex transactions. He advised a large global media company in the implementation of an outsourcing agreement, and separately represented a healthcare-related company in the offshore outsourcing of software application development and applications maintenance.
