Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies
In the sixth annual "Who Represents America's Biggest Companies" survey, Corporate Counsel named the go-to law firms for America's biggest corporations. Corporate Counsel examined public records to determine the most frequently used outside counsel. Sources included Thomson West's Litigation Monitor, the Patent and Trademark Office and Thomson West's Deal Monitor.
Kirkland ranked as follows:
Litigation: Four mentions placed Kirkland as the number one "go-to" firm for litigation for the sixth year in a row.
Most Mentions Overall: Kirkland placed ninth in the nation, with eleven mentions overall, for representing the biggest companies in the combined areas of litigation, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and labor and employment.
