Restructuring Law Firm of the Year

For the second year in a row, Kirkland received the Restructuring Law Firm of the Year award at the Turnaround Atlas Awards, hosted by the Global M&A Network in Chicago. The Firm also received recognition for its work on individual matters, including Corporate Turnaround Deal of the Year ($1 billion plus) for Masonite International Corporation, Entertainment & Media Deal of the Year for Muzak Holdings, and Telecom & Technology Deal of the Year for Charter Communications, Inc.
