China Business Law Journal 2012 Deals of the Year

Two Kirkland transactions were featured as winning deals in China Business Law Journal's "2012 Deals of the Year" report. Kirkland was recognized with the M&A Deal of the Year - Inbound & Domestic for its work on the merger of Youku Inc. and Tudou Holdings Limited. The Firm was also honored with the Outbound M&A Deal of the Year for its work on CITIC Securities Company Limited's $1.25 billion acquisition of CLSA Asia-Pacific Markets from Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. The winning deals were highlighted in the December/January 2013 issue of China Business Law Journal.
