Global PERE Awards

Kirkland was named “North America Law Firm of the Year: Fund Formation” at the 2016 Global PERE Awards hosted by Private Equity Real Estate.

The award highlighted Kirkland’s work helping “sponsor new real estate funds with total commitments of more than $31 billion, including what PERE readers chose as the top North American fundraise, Lennar Multifamily Venture.” Kirkland’s work advising Starwood Capital Group, Walton Street Capital and Swift Real Estate was also mentioned.

Additionally, Kirkland was recognized in the categories of “Europe Law Firm of the Year: Fund Formation” and “Europe Law Firm of the Year: Transactions.”
