IFLR Europe Awards – Kirkland wins Restructuring Team and Deal of the Year

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognised Kirkland & Ellis as "Restructuring Team of the Year" at the IFLR Europe Awards 2019.

The Firm was also recognised for its lead role on the restructuring of CGG which won "Restructuring Deal of the Year."

The annual IFLR Europe Awards celebrate the “most innovative cross border European transactions and the teams that work on them.” In March 2019, the Firm was also awarded “Restructuring Deal of the Year” at the IFLR Asia Awards for its work representing Noble Group Limited on its successful multi-billion-dollar financial and operational restructuring. The restructuring was global in scope and included Kirkland lawyers in Asia, the U.K. and the U.S.
