Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards 2019

The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) honored Kirkland & Ellis with two global Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. The Firm won “International Company Turnaround of the Year” for the restructuring of Seadrill, Limited and “International Company Transaction of the Year” for the restructuring of Agrokor d.d. Since 1993, TMA has honored excellence through its annual awards program, which recognizes the most successful turnarounds and impactful transactions.
