Commercial Property Executive (CPE) ranked Kirkland & Ellis #1 on its 2020 list of "Leading Real Estate Law Firms." The survey highlighted Kirkland’s work representing GLP in the $18.7 billion sale of its U.S. logistics business to Blackstone. CPE determines the annual list based on a number of factors, including revenue performance, headcount, practice growth and the size and nature of a firm’s top real estate deals. Kirkland has been ranked annually since 2012.
