IJGlobal recognized Kirkland & Ellis among the “Deals of the Year” during its annual awards program. The Firm was recognized as part of the “North American Oil & Gas Refinancing of the Year” for advising lenders on an approximately $3.4 billion refinancing for Train 3 of the Freeport LNG facility.
