Middle East Restructuring Deal of the Year 2022

International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognized Kirkland & Ellis with “Deal of the Year: Restructuring” at the IFLR Middle East Awards 2022. The Firm was recognized for representing NMC Healthcare, via its joint administrators, on its successful $7.6 billion financial restructuring, which completed in March 2022. IFLR noted the restructuring as “a landmark deal (that) utilized a highly novel and creative approach, involving multiple creditors and requiring the collaboration of many key stakeholders.”
