Kirkland & Ellis received three awards as part of The M&A Advisor’s 17th Annual Turnaround Awards. The Firm won:

  • Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (Over $1 Billion): Restructuring of Nordic Aviation Capital
  • Restructuring of the Year ($5 Billion to $10 Billion): Restructuring of Seadrill
  • Restructuring of the Year (Over $10 Billion): Chapter 11 Reorganization of Intelsat

Award recipients were selected by an independent jury of industry experts and represent the best of the distressed investing and reorganization industry in 2022.
