They've Got Next: The 40 Under 40 2023

Bloomberg named Kirkland & Ellis partner Christine Okike to its “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list for 2023. Christine was recognized in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring category in part for her work leading the restructuring of Voyager—the first restructuring of a mega cryptocurrency platform.

The third annual list recognizes the accomplishments of outstanding young lawyers nationwide. A team of Bloomberg editors and reporters evaluated an accomplished collection of nominees from an array of law firms, government agencies, nonprofits and other organizations across the country. They examined how the nominees navigated client responsibilities, balanced leadership roles, pro bono commitments and more.
