Construction Week Middle East named Kirkland partner James Clark to its “Power 150” list of those shaping the legal landscape of infrastructure and construction in Saudi Arabia.

James leads the Firm’s Construction Practice Group based in Riyadh and has extensive experience advising developers and lenders on the full suite of documentation required for the procurement, construction and delivery of major projects. His practice focuses on Gigaprojects, renewable and traditional energy projects, sporting and social infrastructure projects, and relationship-based delivery models.
