Partners Robert Hayward and Sarkis Jebejian Named to NACD Directorship 100

The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) featured Kirkland partners Bob Hayward and Sarkis Jebejian on its 2025 “Directorship 100: Corporate Governance Professionals” list, which recognizes “the most influential directors, executives and governance professionals who exemplify excellence in the boardroom.”

Bob provides advises publicly traded corporations and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on all aspects of securities, M&A, spinoffs, SEC compliance and disclosure, corporate governance, stockholder activism, executive compensation, crisis management, and general corporate matters. He has extensive experience representing companies in IPOs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, private financings, joint ventures, and public and private M&A transactions.

Sarkis focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism defense for many high-profile clients including Accenture, BAE Systems, Bain Capital, Eli Lilly, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, Infineon Technologies, Six Flags and Vista Equity Partners.
