Partners Sean Wheeler and Debbie Yee Named “Dealmakers of the Year” by Texas Lawyer

Texas Lawyer recognized Kirkland partners Sean Wheeler and Debbie Yee as “Dealmakers of the Year” at the 2025 Texas Legal Awards, which honor those who have made significant contributions to the legal industry and the state of Texas.

Sean and Debbie have worked together for more than a decade, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate governance, joint ventures, and other significant corporate matters, particularly in the energy and oil and gas industries.
