Partner Alexandra Schwarzman Among American Bankruptcy Institute’s "40 Under 40"

The American Bankruptcy Institute recognized Kirkland partner Alexandra Schwarzman on its “40 Under 40” list for 2025, which honors the leading attorneys under age 40 in the insolvency practice.

Alex’s practice focuses on all aspects of capital structure solutions, including liability management transactions, recapitalizations, in- and out-of-court restructurings, and other special situation transactions, as well as corporate governance.
