Two Kirkland Partners Named Among L.A. Business Journal’s 2026 Leaders of Influence

The Los Angeles Business Journal named Kirkland & Ellis partners Sharre Lotfollahi and Paul Rezvani to its 2026 list of “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys.” Those attorneys selected to this year’s list were “considered to be particularly impactful on the legal scene while serving as trusted advisors in the LA region.”

Sharre’s practice encompasses multiple areas of IP litigation involving patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright, including licensing disputes. She was recognized, among other things, for being a member of 12 trial teams, including serving as a first-chair on two trials conducting direct and cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses, including preparing witnesses on jury-related performance. 
 
Paul was recognized for continuously leading complex financing transactions, advising global private equity firms, their portfolio companies, hedge funds, asset managers, alternative capital sources and other private and public companies in connection with the negotiation, structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations and loan workouts and restructurings.
