Partner Armand Della Monica Recognized as a Massachusetts “Go-To Lawyer”

Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly named Kirkland partner Armand Della Monica to its 2026 list of “Go-To Lawyers” in the Business Transactions category.

Armand was a founding partner of the Firm’s Boston office in 2017 and serves as lead counsel to large- and mid-market buyout funds and public and privately-owned companies in a variety of complex transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, equity financings and workouts. He was profiled for his transactional work, including leading Nexstar Media Group’s pending acquisition of TEGNA and Carlyle Investment Management’s acquisition of the Vantive kidney care division of Baxter.
