Partners Brian Ford and Anne Kim Named “Banking and Finance Visionaries” by LA Times Studios

LA Times Studios recognized Kirkland partners Brian Ford and Anne Kim on its 2026 “Banking and Finance Visionaries” list, spotlighting standout professionals shaping the financial landscape of the Los Angeles area.

Brian was honored for leading Thoma Bravo’s $12.3 billion take-private acquisition of Dayforce as well as Francisco Partners’ $2.6 billion financing related to the acquisition of OEConnection. Over the past 24 months, Brian has directed financings totaling more than $50 billion across the technology and software sectors. 
 
Anne was honored for leading Convergint Technologies’ $6.35 billion recapitalization as well as The TCW Group’s transaction with Nippon Life, where Nippon Life committed $3.25 billion in anchor capital.
