Partner Ciara Foster Named an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer” by Turnarounds & Workouts

Turnarounds & Workouts recognized Kirkland partner Ciara Foster on its 2026 list of “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers.”

Ciara was selected for her work on Sunnova Energy’s comprehensive restructuring of approximately $9 billion of corporate debt and securitized obligations through voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings, Northvolt’s Chapter 11 case involving nearly $6 billion in funded debt, and WeWork’s Chapter 11 filing, which included strategies to equitize $4.3 billion in debt and renegotiate over $10 billion in leases.
