Partners Kevin Ehrhart and Robert Keane Named “Commercial Real Estate Visionaries” by LA Times Studios
LA Times Studios recognized Kirkland partners Kevin Ehrhart and Robert Keane on its 2026 “Commercial Real Estate Visionaries” list, which honors the industry’s most accomplished senior leaders for standout achievements over the past two years, sustained excellence throughout their careers, and meaningful impact on their organizations and the broader industry.
Kevin was recognized for leading the $18.7 billion sale of GLP’s U.S. logistics business to Blackstone, the largest private real estate transaction ever closed globally, among other transactions. He represents private equity sponsors and other clients in all matters relating to their real estate investments and strategies. He focuses on capital investment directed to real estate assets and real estate operating companies, debt financings across all segments of the capital stack, joint ventures, and property and operating company acquisitions. Kevin’s practice emphasizes the acquisition and disposition of industrial and logistics assets, data centers, self-storage, office and multifamily assets.
Robert was recognized for representing Oaktree Capital Management, Harrison Street Asset Management, QuadReal Property Group and PIMCO on equity investments, joint ventures, financings and distressed situations. He primarily represents private equity firms, opportunity funds, domestic and international companies, investment banks, commercial banks, nonregulated lenders and pension funds in real estate-related equity investments, joint venture formations, lending, acquisitions and dispositions, and debt restructurings, workouts and reorganizations.
