Turnarounds & Workouts named Kirkland partner Steven Serajeddini an “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyer” for 2025. Steven, who was named to the list for the second consecutive year, was recognized for leading restructurings for Pluralsight and Wellness Pet.

Steven has led some of the largest and most complex liability management transactions and restructurings of all time, advising companies, ad hoc committees, private equity firms and other investors on capital structure, liquidity and other strategic solutions for public and private companies across industries.
