Baxter Buys Synovis for $325M

"Baxter International Inc. once again looked to the middle market to expand its product portfolio when it agreed Tuesday, Dec. 13, to shell out $325 million for Synovis Life Technologies Inc. and its line of soft tissue repair products.

Roger Rhoten, Chuck Walker, Sean Kramer, Lynzie Hazan, Bob Zitko, Min Wang and Chris Anderson of Kirkland & Ellis LLP provided Baxter with legal advice."
