Endemol Restructures Debt

"Dutch television production company Endemol NV, maker of "Big Brother" and "Deal or No Deal," on Thursday, Jan. 19, reached a restructuring agreement with a majority of its lenders after switching off several approaches.

A Kirkland & Ellis LLP team led by Phillip Crump and including Kon Asimacopoulos and Matthew Dean provided legal counsel to Apollo, Avenue Capital Group, Centerbridge, Cyrus Capital Partners LP and Providence Equity Partners."
