Pamplona Capital Buys Beacon Rail for $450M

Kirkland represents Pamplona Capital Management LLP in its acquisition of Beacon Rail Leasing, a UK locomotive and rolling stock leasing company.

The Kirkland team includes corporate partners Mike Movsovich and Andrew Herman, and associates Benjamin Ritzo and Rebecca Guzman, debt finance partner Eric Wedel and associate Douglas Wallach and tax partners Greer Phillips and David Grenker.
