Overview

Corporate partner Michael Movsovich concentrates his practice on complex transactional matters for private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and publicly traded businesses, including leveraged buyouts, strategic M&A, joint ventures and equity recapitalizations, Special Purpose Acquisition Corporations, and related counseling. Michael’s practice touches a broad range of industries, including technology and business services, consumer, health care, financial services, distribution and retail.

Michael is an active member of multiple Firm management committees.

Michael’s representative clients include Vestar Capital Partners, Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, The Simply Good Foods Company, Bansk Group, Charlesbank Technology Opportunity Fund, Conyers Park II Acquisition Corp, Greenbriar Equity Partners and Tailwind Capital.

Michael’s pro bono clients include AIDS Center of Queens County, Korean K9 Rescue, Isaiah House and The American Kennel Club Museum.
