Chicago-based private equity sponsor Thoma Bravo announced on Monday, February 5, that Everbridge will sell $1.5 billion agreement to Thoma Bravo. Corporate partners Corey Fox, Bradley Reed, Cole Parker and Jeremy Mandell provided counsel to Thoma Bravo as part of the deal.
