In the first merits decision from the newly formed Texas Business Court, Judge Bill Whitehall found earlier this year on summary judgment that Primexx 'did not act in bad faith by exercising … contract rights to discharge HoldCo’s drag-along rights as they did.' The judge entered judgment for Kirkland’s client last week. The Kirkland team included Laura Brigham, Aysha Spencer and Michael Patton."
