Kirkland was once again recognized in the leading survey of activism professionals as one of the top two law firms for activism defense. Kirkland has ranked as the #1 or #2 defense law firm in each of the two years the survey has been conducted as part of 13D Monitor’s annual qualitative league tables. The rankings are based on feedback from hundreds of peer investment bankers, law firms, crisis communications firms, proxy solicitors and other advisors and participants in the activism and defense community.
