Kirkland & Ellis Advises Kerneos Tech Group SAS in Connection with €350 Million Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP represented Kerneos Tech Group SAS in connection with the offering of €200 million 5.75 percent senior secured fixed rate notes due 2021 and €150 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2021, which closed on March 13, 2014.

The proceeds from the notes offering will be used to finance the issuer’s acquisition of Materis Aluminates SAS and its subsidiaries, and repay the target’s existing indebtedness.
