Kirkland Advises PPC on its Investment in NaturPak
Kirkland & Ellis represented PPC, a leading family investment firm, on its acquisition of NaturPak. NaturPak manufactures and packages a broad portfolio of bone broths, soups, sauces and wet pet food, as well as high-growth ingredients. The company serves as a key partner for a fast-growing, blue-chip roster of consumer and pet brand companies that serve a diverse range of end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
