Kirkland & Ellis Advises Vista Equity Partners in Sale of SumTotal Systems

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advises Vista Equity Partners in the sale of SumTotal Systems, LLC to Skillsoft Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners David Breach and Stuart Casillas and associate Vlad Kroll, tax partner Angela Russo, and intellectual property partner John Lynn. All are based in Kirkland’s San Francisco office.
