Kirkland & Ellis Advises Founding Investors on Closing of Gramercy Europe Joint Venture
Kirkland & Ellis has advised EFJ Capital LLC, FirTree Partners and Senator Investment Group (the “Founding Investors”) on the closing of Gramercy Europe, a €350 million real estate joint venture between Gramercy Property Trust Inc. and the Founding Investors. Gramercy Europe will make investments in single-tenant industrial, office and specialty retail assets in Germany, the Netherlands, the Nordic region, the United Kingdom and other targeted European countries.
