Kirkland Advises Valor in Formation of Fund III

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents Chicago-based private equity firm Valor Equity Partners, which announced earlier today that it raised $490 million for its Fund III, reaching its increased hard cap and exceeding its initial $350 million target.  Fund III allows Valor to continue to partner with growing companies, providing them with active operational support as they scale and accelerate growth.  Valor’s press release can be found here.
