Kirkland Represents GTCR in its $700 Million Sale of CBR

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represents GTCR, a leading private equity firm, in the sale of its portfolio company Cord Blood Registry (CBR), the world’s largest newborn stem cell company, to AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAG) for $700 million. The full release is available here.
