Kirkland Advises Accenture in the Sale of Navitaire to Amadeus

Kirkland & Ellis advised Accenture PLC in a carveout sale of its Navitaire unit to travel technology provider Amadeus IT Holding SA. The deal is valued at $830 million.  Accenture and Amadeus will also form a strategic alliance to provide airlines with outsourced IT services.
