Kirkland & Ellis represented Vista Equity Partners in connection with its sale of a passive, minority investment in Vista to a group led by Dyal Capital Partners. The terms of the transaction are private and are not being publicly disclosed. Vista will maintain complete control over the operations of the firm. Dyal is a passive, minority partner.
