Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners in Sale of Minority Interest to Dyal Capital Partners

Kirkland & Ellis represented Vista Equity Partners in connection with its sale of a passive, minority investment in Vista to a group led by Dyal Capital Partners. The terms of the transaction are private and are not being publicly disclosed. Vista will maintain complete control over the operations of the firm. Dyal is a passive, minority partner. Vista will use this investment to deepen its network of global investors, to expand its product offerings and to scale its business. The full press release is available here.
