Kirkland Advises Comvest Partners in Closing of $893M Private Equity Fund Above Target
Kirkland & Ellis advised Comvest Partners, a leading private equity investment firm, in the final closing of its fifth private equity fund, Comvest Investment Partners V, with $893 million in capital commitments.
