Kirkland & Ellis Represents Madison Dearborn Partners in $2.775B sale of Sage Products to Stryker

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Madison Dearborn Partners in the $2.775 billion sale of Sage Products, LLC, to Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) in an all cash transaction. Sage is a leading developer of innovative products used to prevent hospital-acquired conditions. The closing of the transaction is subject to expiration or termination of the applicable waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and other customary closing conditions.
