Kirkland Counsels KKR on Investment in RES

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised global investment firm KKR on its significant investment in Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES), a leader in the ecological solutions market, to support its next phase of growth and development. RES is the largest and fastest growing dedicated provider of ecological solutions in the United States. KKR is making the investment from its 11th Americas Private Equity investment fund.
