Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Gryphon Investors, a leading middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco, which announced today that it has acquired CORA Health Services, Inc., a top 10 national operator of outpatient physical therapy services with a strong presence in the Southeast United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team included corporate partner Noah Boyens, corporate associate Navneeta Rekhi and debt finance partner Louis Hernandez.
