Kirkland Represents BRS on Acquisition of Daisy Outdoor Products

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. (BRS), a New York-based private equity firm, on the acquisition of Daisy Outdoor Products, the leading manufacturer and marketer of youth airguns and accessories.
