Kirkland Represents nThrive on Acquisition of Adreima

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised nThrive, an independent patient-to-payment solutions company, on its acquisition of Adreima, a provider of patient-centered, clinically-integrated revenue cycle management services to approximately 450 hospitals nationwide.

The transaction is expected to close prior to year-end 2016. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The full release is available here.
